Your daily dose of happiness is here.
A safe, judgment-free space created by teens, for teens, to navigate mental health with support, laughter, and understanding.
About Me
My name is Ananya Duddu
Hi, I'm Ananya, a dedicated high school senior with a passion for mental health awareness in teenagers. My journey began in middle school when a friend struggled with severe mental health issues stemming from social media. I realized how unstable mental health can be for teens and was motivated to help. This experience showed me the importance of a safe, supportive environment where teens can open up without fear. I believe that by helping even one person, we can prevent serious harm. Through my work, I want to show people their age that they are valued and important, and that seeking help is a sign of strength. My goal is to reduce the stigma around mental health issues and help teens understand they are not alone in their struggles.

My Mission
Our mission is to empower teenagers to prioritize their mental health by creating a supportive, accessible, and judgment-free community.
